Workshop organised to ensure customer satisfaction across federal departments

DUBAI, The Prime Minister’s Office at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Future has organised a workshop, supervised by the Emirates Government Services Excellence Programme, to train over 6,500 employees from customer happiness centres of federal authorities, to offer best services, ensure customer satisfaction, and improve customer service experience.

The workshop was attended by Ohoud bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Happiness and Wellbeing and Director-General of the Prime Minister’s Office; Omar bin Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence; Dr. Abdulrahman Abdulmannan Al Awar, Director-General of the Federal Authority for Human Resources, FAHR, and Mohammed bin Talia, Assistant Director-General of the Government Services Sector of the Prime Minister’s Office at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Future, as well as 150 general managers and human resources and training officials from local and federal authorities, along with government services providers.

Al Roumi said that the UAE government focusses on offering smooth and facilitated services to ensure customer satisfaction, which necessitates the training of customer happiness-dedicated employees on a clear methodology that enables them to offer ideal services.
