MEMBERS HAVE UNTIL WEDNESDAY 15 JUNE TO PAY FOR THEIR TICKETS

All lead bookers for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 ticket applications should now have received an email from FIFA outlining their ballot results.

If you have not received an email from FIFA you should be able to log into FIFA’s ticketing website and view the results of your application online.

Ticket applications for every game, aside from for Match 33 vs Wales, were made successful.

You will have until 10am UK time on Wednesday 15 June to pay for your tickets. If you miss this deadline your tickets will no longer be available to you.

Here are some of the key questions we have received since the ballot results were communicated to members from FIFA:

1) I was unsuccessful for some matches but they were undersubscribed… why?

A small portion of members have been informed that they were unsuccessful for some of the matches they applied for. In this instance, this is due to the lead member incorrectly applying for the match in question via the general FIFA sale and not via the Travel Club allocation. Any matches applied for in FIFA’s general sale would not have been included in out ballot.

To understand if this relates to your application here is how you can tell:

If you correctly applied for a match via the Travel Club allocation you will see ‘ENGLAND’ and then the name of the match e.g.

This is an issue which some supporters faced during the application phase for the UEFA Euro 2020. This is why we strongly advise all members to read through the application guide we publish and follow our guidance/links which we provide.

If you have been unsuccessful for any match due to applying via the incorrect avenue please fill out this following form and we will do our best to help you after the payment period has closed.

2) I was unsuccessful for Match 33, vs Wales, even though I am a top capper… should this have happened?

A total of 218 members were affected by an error in the data processing. All members who were affected have been emailed directly by the Travel Club. The most recent email was sent on Tuesday 7 June 2022.

3) I am having issues with paying for my tickets, what do I do?

As the payment portal is hosted on FIFA’s website you will need to contact FIFA directly. If you do not have your issues resolved by the Tuesday 14 June please email us with your details.

4) I still haven’t received an email from FIFA about my application results.

Results will only be emailed to the lead booker. If you have not received an email you should be able to view your application by logging into FIFA’s Ticketing Portal.

5) I am having trouble viewing my application when I log in

Please make sure that you are logging into the FIFA’s Ticketing Portal. If you are, and still unable to see your application, please contact FIFA directly. If you do not have your issues resolved by the Tuesday 14 June please email us with your details.
