FUTURE OF WOMEN’S FOOTBALL REVIEW – A CALL FOR EVIDENCE

Following the announcement of Karen Carney MBE as the chair of the Future of Women’s Football review earlier this September, the review has now published a call for evidence seeking to hear the views of stakeholders.

The call for evidence will be open to receive submissions until 23:59 on Tuesday 1st November 2022.

The FA welcomes the review into the future of women’s football and is working with Karen Carney and DCMS. Following many years of investment and commitment from The FA into women’s and girls’ football, we have achieved unprecedented growth in participation, increased broadcast coverage and revenue, higher attendances in our leagues and cup competitions, and a historic UEFA EURO 2022 win for the Lionesses. This review is a great opportunity to build on these strong foundations and ensure the women’s game continues to thrive in the future.

The review welcomes you to contribute your views on how to deliver bold and sustainable growth of the women’s game at the elite and grassroots levels.
