EVERTON FC AND CRYSTAL PALACE FC HAVE BEEN FINED FOR A BREACH OF FA RULE E20.1

Everton FC and Crystal Palace FC have been fined £20,000 and £40,000 respectively for failing to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the 69th minute of their Premier League game on Saturday 22 October 2022.

Everton FC admitted its charge for a breach of FA Rule E20.1 and accepted the standard penalty, and Crystal Palace FC denied its charge.

An independent Regulatory Commission subsequently found the charge against Crystal Palace FC to be proven and imposed the club’s fine, and its written reasons for these decisions can be seen below.
