It is alleged that on 13th February 2018, prior to a fixture between Chatham Town FC and Lordswood FC at Chatham Town FC, Bournville Avenue, Chatham, the Participant used improper and/or abusive and/or insulting language contrary to Rule E3(1) It is further alleged that this breach of Rule E3(1) is an “Aggravated Breach”, as defined in Rule E3(2), as the language included a reference to, whether express or implied, Race and/or Nationality and/or Ethnicity’.

2. It is alleged that on 7th December 2019, prior to a fixture between Concorde Rangers and Eastbourne Borough, at The Aspect Arena, Thames Road, Canvey Island, the Participant used abusive and/or insulting language contrary to Rule E3(1). It is further alleged that this breach of Rule E3(1) is an “Aggravated Breach”, as defined in Rule E3(2), as the language included a reference to, whether express or implied, Race and/or Nationality and/or Ethnicity’.

The Participant has until 22 October 2021 to provide a response.

Two breaches of The FA’s Kit and Advertising Regulations, contrary to FA Regulation B.2(ii)(b):

1. It is alleged that on 8th April 2022 the Participant wore a headband with an established mark or logo of a Clothing Manufacturer, namely Louis Vuitton, during a Premier League fixture for Newcastle United FC against Wolverhampton Wanderers FC at St. James’ Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne,NE1 4ST.
