His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman confirmed that the graduates of the “Citizen Broker Initiative” receive special follow-up and support from the department in order to encourage them to practice the profession of real estate brokerage efficiently and professionally in accordance with the approved requirements and standards, explaining that the department has launched a joint program with pioneer real estate development companies in the emirate in order to support graduates and escort them through specialized qualification programs by experts and real estate specialists with experience and extensive knowledge of real estate sector affairs, as well as other advantages and privileges that will refine their skills and enhance their professional capabilities.
Al Muhairi valued the fruitful cooperation and the qualitative strategic partnership that links the department with real estate development companies in the emirate, and the joint efforts and continuous endeavors to achieve the desired goals, especially the advancement of the real estate market and the upgrading of the performance of real estate brokers and all dealers in this vital sector, which is progressing at a rapid growth rate and attracts great interest from investors. locals and foreigners.
The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation stated that the number of licensed citizen brokers currently reached 34 real estate brokers, while 20 others are still under training, stressing that all graduates of the citizen broker initiative will undergo the joint program developed by the Department in cooperation with each of “R Holdings” , ” Askan Real Estate and Al Rasikhoon Real Estate, in addition to “Al Zora Development Company”, “FAM Real Estate Development”, “Ajman Real Estate Corporation” and “Masar Institute”.
