Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, received the certificate of conformity to the international standards in the Human Resources Governance Management System “ISO 30408:2016”.
The Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation said that obtaining this certificate is a confirmation of the commitment of the department to apply the best practices and procedures related to human resource governance in order to enhance workplace and build a successful and advanced system based on transparency and justice, support creativity and employ innovation in all aspects of government work. He stressed that the department’s successes and achievements have been achieved by the optimal utilization of competencies and the effective policy in attracting and managing human resources and motivating them to continue improving performance and adapting to the renewed work requirements with full commitment to the principles of human resources governance.
H.E. Eng. Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, praised the great efforts made to develop the workplace in the department, which culminated in obtaining this prestigious certificate in the field of human resource governance, which reflects the success of the department’s strategy aimed at developing its human resources to reflect the department’s goals through commitment to work ethics and ensuring the implementation of an internal system that guarantees justice and transparency and helps achieve positive outcomes at all levels.
