Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Head of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the wise leadership pays special attention to the real estate sector, as it was keen to harness all the capabilities and tools necessary to develop this vital sector and improve the performance of all employees in it, which is evident through promising future strategies and plans that were set by the Ajman government in order to achieve sustainable development at all levels and fields, especially the real estate field, which enjoys great support and interest as it is one of the most attractive sectors for local and foreign investments and due to its pivotal role in advancing economic growth. This came during the graduation ceremony of the “Citizen Mediator” and “Real Estate Expert” programs, which was held in the “Martyr’s Hall” at the department’s headquarters in Ajman.
Al Nuaimi confirmed that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is continuing to empower Emirati youth, develop their skills, enhance their culture related to real estate trading laws, support them as entrepreneurs and investors, and accompany them in the post-graduation stage to gain experience and achieve successes and excellence in doing their business in accordance with the approved controls and standards, which is reflected positively on the performance of the real estate market in the Emirate of Ajman and enhances its reputation as one of the most important and best real estate investment destinations in the region.
For his part, His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, said that the graduation of 29 members of the “Citizen Mediator” and “Real Estate Expert” programs confirms the department’s determination and constant keenness to develop the performance of all groups active and working in the real estate sector in Ajman and provide them with the necessary skills and qualify them ethically and professionally, in order to provide high-end services that reflect the true level and positive image of the real estate market, which is recording upward figures and is witnessing rapid growth and wide turnout from investors.
