Hamad Al Sharqi approves FNRC’s new organisational structure

FUJAIRAH — H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, has approved the new organisational structure of Fujairah Natural Resources Corporation, FNRC.

The move seeks to promote the readiness of the organisational and administrative institutions to carry out their targeted plans and related strategic objectives. The aim is to achieve the UAE Vision 2021 in line with the Fujairah 2040 Framework Plan, to provide all necessary services, and enhance the concept of happiness to make it a daily practice and culture at work.

Under the new organisational structure, the corporation consists of a total of 15 departments. Seven of them have been added now, while five separate departments are under the authority of the Director-General of the Foundation and the Board of Directors.

The new sections that have been developed include Environment, Health and Safety, Logistics Support, Audit and Project Office, Spatial Services, and Institutional Communication.

Mohamed Saif Al Afkham, Chairman of the Board of FNRC, said that the new organisational structure will enable the body to achieve its strategic objectives in line with the vision of the Government of Fujairah.
