Dubai Health Authority announces Ramadan 2018 timings

DUBAI, The Dubai Health Authority, DHA, has announced the working hours for all its hospitals, medical fitness centres, specialised centres and primary health care centres during Ramadan.

The working hours of the DHA administration will be from 9:00 to 14:00 from Sunday to Thursday.

Latifa Hospital: The emergency departments at Latifa Hospital will operate 24×7 as usual. Specialist clinics will function from 9:00 to 14:00 and the staff clinic will be open from 8:00 to 13:00 during working days.

Hatta Hospital: The emergency departments at Hatta Hospital will operate 24/7 as usual. Specialist clinics will function from 8:00 to 13.00. Meanwhile, the family medicine clinic will be open from Sunday to Thursday from 8.00 to 18:30 and after Iftar from 20.00 to 10:00. On Saturday and Friday, it will operate from 9:00 to 18:30 pm and after Iftar from 20.00 to 22.00.

Dubai Hospital: The emergency departments at Dubai Hospital will operate 24/7 as usual. The Surgery Department and the staff clinic will function from 8:00 to 13:00 during working days while working hours for the hospital will be from 9:00 to 14:00 from Sunday to Thursday. The morning specialist clinics will open from 8:00 to 13:00 while the afternoon clinics will operate from 13:00 to 18:00.

Rashid Hospital: The emergency departments at Dubai Hospital will operate 24/7 as usual. Working hours of the hospital will be from 9:00 to 14:00 from Sunday to Thursday. The morning outpatient clinics will open from 8:00 to 13:00 while the afternoon clinics will operate from 13:30 to 18:30.

Medical Fitness Centres: The Al Muhaisnah Medical Fitness Centre will open for 24 hours from Saturday to Wednesday but close for Iftar from 17:00 to 21:00 and Suhoor from 3:00 to 5:00. The centre will close on Thursday until 17:00 while it will close on Friday.

Medical fitness centres in Rashidiya, Uptown Mirdiff, Al Safa, Al Badaa, Al Mankhool, DIFC, Zabeel, Al Lusaily and Emirates Medical Fitness Centre will open from 9:00 to 14.00 from Sunday to Thursday. Rashidiya, Emirates Airlines, JAFZA and Knowledge Village medical fitness centres will open from 8:00 to 13:00 from Sunday to Thursday.

Meanwhile, Medical Fitness Centres in Al Karama, Al Qouz and Jumeirah Lake Towers will open from 7:00 to 15:00 from Sunday to Thursday.

Primary Health Care Centres: The Nad Al Hamar Health Centre, Al Barsha Health Centre and Senior Happiness Centre will be open 24 hours. The morning working hours at the centres will be from 9:00 to 15:00. Afternoon duty hours will be from 20:30 to 23:30 pm in all centres (except Al Lusaily health centre, which will operate from 20.00 to 23:00). Saturday working hours are from 9:00 to 14:00.

Specialised Centre: The Dubai Diabetes Centre will operate from 8:00 to 13:00. Dubai Cord Blood and Research Centre and Dubai Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre will operate from 9:00 to 14:00. Dubai Thalassemia Centre will function from 7:30 to 21:30. Dubai Gynaecology and Fertility Centre will open from 8:00 to 14:00. Dubai Blood Donation Centre will be open from 9:00 to 14:00 and 20.00 to 1:00 from Sunday to Thursday.
